INGREDIENTS

3 -(up to)
5 lb Cucumbers
3 3/4 c Vinegar
3 c Sugar
3 tb Pickling salt
4 1/2 ts Celery seed
4 1/2 ts Turmeric
1 ts Dry mustard

INSTRUCTIONS

Wash cucumbers & cut in strips or slices. Pour boiling water over cucumbers
& let stand overnight. The next day, drain off water & rinse & pack
cucumbers in clean jars. In a large pan, combine remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil & cook 5 minutes. Pour over cucumbers in jars & seal.
(Simple, tasty & crisp.)
