INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all dry ingredients. Make a well, drop in the egg and oil, and put a
drop of milk to bash together and then add the rest of the milk.
The mixture should be soft and slightly sloppy, place in an oiled tin and
bake for 60 mins, or until knife comes out clean and when you tap the
bottom, the loaf sounds hollow (or if you have made 2 smaller loaves, less
