INSTRUCTIONS
GARNISH
Preheat oven to 350F. In double boiler or microwave, mwlt butter and
unsweetened chocolate. In large bowl, beat 2 cups of the sugar and 3 of the
eggs thoroughly. Stir in floue, salt and 1 tsp vanilla. Slowly add the
chocolate mixture and blend completely. In small bowl, beat cream cheese,
remaining 1/2 cup sugar, remaining egg, and remaining teaspoon vanilla till
smooth. Spread chocolate mixture on bottom of greased 9x13" inch and pan
and cover with cream cheese mixture., spread as best as you can. Bake in
preheated 350F oven for 40 to 45 minutes. Melt chocolate and shortening in
double boiler or microwave. Pour into plastic ziploc bag. Clip corner and
squeeze out chocolate into diagonal lines across warm or cooled cooked
