INSTRUCTIONS
in skillet, cook and crumble ground pork. stir in beer, garlic, onion and
salt; simmer for 20 to 30 minutes. sprinkle remaining spices over pork
mixture, mix well and let simmer for 5 to 10 minutes more to allow flavors
to blend. serve on buns, topped with mustard and chopped onions. makes 6
servings.
