INGREDIENTS
2 | Egg yolks | |
1 | Stick of butter | |
1/2 | c | Sugar |
1 | c | Pecans, chopped |
1 | pk | 8 oz. dates, chopped |
2 | c | Rice Krispies |
Coconut, shredded |
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook the first three ingredients in skillet for 5 minutes. Add dates and pecans. Cook for 5 minutes longer. Remove from heat; add Rice Krispies and mix well. Cool enough to handle, then shape into small balls and roll in coconut. Randy Rigg
