INSTRUCTIONS
Directions: In a saucepan, place the potatoes into the broth. Over high
heat, heat to a boil. Cover and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes or
until tender. Drain, reserving broth. Mash the potatoes with 1 1/4 cups of
the broth and pepper. Serves 6.
