INSTRUCTIONS
OPTIONAL
Wonderful with rice! It's from the Chicken Cookbook, with my modifications.
Arrange chicken in 9 X 13 pan, skin side down. Mix onioin or powder, soy
sauce and water (plus 1/4-1/3 cup pineapple or juice, if desired). Pour
over chicken. Bake at 325 degrees for 60 minutes.
