INSTRUCTIONS
Spray large skillet with no-stick cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat about 30 seconds. Crumble extra lean ground turkey breast into skillet. Add onion, bell pepper and celery. Cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until turkey is lightly browned and vegetables are tender. Stir in tomato sauce, vinegar, sugar and mustard. Reduce heat to low.
