2 Clove garlic 3 tablespoons coarsely chopped shallots

INSTRUCTIONS

Place the butter, chipotles, garlic, shallots, and lime juice in a food
processor and blend until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. May be
refrigerated, covered for up to 3 days.
