INSTRUCTIONS
Cook the pasta according to the manufacturer's instructions. Meanwhile heat
the oil in a large pan and fry the onion and mushrooms. Add the smoked
haddock and fry gently for 1 - 2 minutes. Stir in the Lemon and Dill
Seasoning, Chives, lemon juice, single cream and prawns. Season with salt
and Pepper. Heat until simmering. Toss the pasta with the sauce to serve.
