INSTRUCTIONS
Slice a piece of smoked salmon into 1/8-inch thick, approximately 1-inch
long and 1/2-inch wide pieces; 14 pieces. Cut each piece of bread and the
bacon slices in half. Place a piece of smoked salmon at the end of bread
and sprinkle with cheese. Roll bread and wrap a piece of bacon around it.
Secure with a toothpick. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at
400-degrees for approximately 15 to 20 minutes or until bacon is done.
Serve warm.
