INSTRUCTIONS
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 5 min. serves 4
Combine mayonnaise, lemon zest and capers in a small bowl and mix
thoroughly. Spread mayonnaise mixture over toasted English muffin. Top with
salmon, onion and lettuce and cover with other muffin half. Cut sandwich in
half before serving.
