INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook noodles according to package directions, drain and set aside.
Melt butter in saucepan and saute onion and celery until crisp tender.
Combine noodles, onion, celery, creamed corn, sour cream and spices in
large bowl. Mix well. Pour into buttered shallow two quart casserole
dish.
Cut sausage into serving size pieces or slices and place on top of noodles
and push down partially into the noodle mixture.
Bake 40 minutes.
