INSTRUCTIONS
Caught(!) me just as I was about to unsub for the week. Bruce, walleye is a
delicious, lean fish... so baste every 10 minutes. To start, get the pit up
to 200-225. Be sure there's hot water in the pan... just a few cups. Pam
the grid, and dip each fillet in veggie oil. Squeeze lemon juice all over
and salt/pepper to taste. Place on grid, skin side down. Every 10 minutes,
baste with oil/lemon mixture. They'll be done in 45 minutes or when the
flesh flakes easily. Don't overcook!! During the last 10 minutes, baste
with margerine/butter/lemon/and whatever herbs you like. Bon appetite,
amigo!
