INGREDIENTS

1 tb Vegetable oil
1/2 md Onion; chopped
2 Garlic cloves; crushed
1 md Tomato; peeled & chopped
1/2 ts Salt
6 Jalapenos; stemmed & chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

In skillet heat oil over medium heat. Add onion & saute until soft. Add
garlic & cook 30 seconds. Stir in tomato and salt. Simmer 5 minutes.
Transfer to blender and add jalapenos. Process until pureed. Serve room
temperature or chilled. Great with chip or veggies.
