INSTRUCTIONS
SAUCE
Noodles are one of the world's most popular foods. No wonder - they're easy
to cook and can help you prepare a great dish in minutes. This recipe is
with a spicy sauce, but they're really versatile.
Put rice noodles in a bowl and sprinkle with water and add sauce. Cover and
cook for 1 and a half minutes in microwave.
Serve topped with sliced chilli and spring onions.
Other toppings you may like to try:
crispy fried onions, crisp fried shallots, coriander, chopped basil and
mint, chopped cooked chicken, seared sliced beef.
