Ingredients: 2 c Monterey Jack cheese; shredded; 2 c Mild cheddar cheese; shredded; 6 Green onions; sliced; 2/3 c Sweet red pepper; finely chopped; 2 tb Jalapeno peppers, seeded; finely chopped

INGREDIENTS

2	c	Monterey Jack cheese; shredded
2	c	Mild cheddar cheese; shredded
6		Green onions; sliced
2/3	c	Sweet red pepper; finely chopped
2	tb	Jalapeno peppers, seeded; finely chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

Melt together cheeses in the top of a double boiler over simmering water
for 5 to 10 minutes. Stir in green onion, red pepper and jalapeno pepper.
Serve hot with tortilla chips.
