Ingredients: 1 c (8 oz.) Sargento Part-Skim Ricotta Cheese; 1 c (4 oz.) Sargento Crumbled Blue Cheese; 1 c (4 oz.) Sargento Fancy Supreme Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese; 1/4 c Madeira wine or Sherry; 3 tb Butter or margarine; softened; 2 tb Minced green onion; 1/2 ts Hot pepper sauce; 1/2 c Finely chopped pecans

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients except pecans in small bowl of electric mixer. Mix
on medium speed until well blended. Chill 1 hour. Shape into ball; roll in
pecans.
