INSTRUCTIONS
In a large saucepan, combine soup, milk, salt, and pepper; blend well.
Heat. Stir in chicken, ham, peas, leeks and tomatoes. Cook, stirring
occasionally, until heated about 10 minutes. Stir in wine.
