INGREDIENTS

2 1/2 c Self raising flour
2 Eggs
1 1/2 c Yogurt; I used 4 o/o Eshel
1/4 c Sugar
2 ts Vanilla essence
Oil for deep frying
Sugar powder for decoration

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all ingredients, allow to raise, covered with a towel for short time.
Heat oil and fry small dounuts on both sides until golden-brown. With a
slotted spoon remove on plate covered with paper towels. Before serving
decorate with sugar powder.
IMPORTANT : Place a peeled carrot in the frying pot , to avoid oil burnt
