INSTRUCTIONS
Beat together sour cream, flour, salt, egg & vanilla. Add apples & pour
into pie shell. Bake for 25 minutes at 400. Mix brown sugar & butter.
Sprinkle on top of pie. Bake for 20 more minutes at 400.
