Ingredients: 2 qt Sour milk; Cream; Salt and Pepper

But what if we look to God for our success? And what if God has 'a great multitude, which no man could number' in His eye and on His heart? Why then, we ought to take courage. Who knows what God may do? The missionary is not alone. He is accompanied by the God who has determined to have a people for Himself. And God has made up His mind to take them from 'all nations, and kindreds, and tongues' (Revelation 7:9). Here is the missionary's hope. It is not in himself. It is in God.

HOUSEHOLD SEARCHLIGHT
Pour milk into double boiler.  Heat over warm water until soft curd has
formed.  Pour into thin cloth bag. Drain. Proceed as for sweet milk cottage
cheese.

You see, when God’s judgement came upon Israel from the Babylonians, the prophets all said the nation would know that judgment has come because they will hear “a nation whose language you do not know, nor can you understand what they say (Jer. 5:15) and “unintelligible speech which no one comprehends, of a stammering tongue which no one understands” (Isa. 33:19) and “through stammering lips and a foreign tongue (Isa. 28:11). That final verse is quoted by Paul in the famous “tongues chapter” in 1 Corinthians 14. Therefore, in the same way, people speaking foreign languages (Acts 2, 10, 19) was a sign to the Jews that judgment was once again upon the nation.
