INGREDIENTS

1 Recipe "Sourdough Pancake" batter
1 c Cornmeal
1 c Defrosted corn kernels

INSTRUCTIONS

MAKES 4 DOZEN FRITTERS
These are wonderful. Mix 1 cup cornmeal along with 1 cup defrosted corn
kernels with the "Sourdough Pancake" batter recipe. Allow the mixture to
sit for 1 hour before cooking.
Drop balls of batter about the size of a walnut into fat that is heated
to 375°. Cook until they float and are golden brown. Turn each one several
times. Do not put too many into the fat at once.
