INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Sourdough starter
1/4 c Egg Beaters® 99% egg substitute
1 c Skim milk
2 tb Canola oil
1 1/2 c Buttermilk pancake mix
1/2 ts Baking soda

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine ingredients in a large bowl. Pour batter onto hot griddle; flip
pancakes when edges appear dry.
