Ingredients: 2 oz Instant Coffee; 3 1/2 c Sugar; 2 1/4 c Brandy; 1 Vanilla Bean -- cut in half

INGREDIENTS

2	oz	Instant Coffee
3 1/2	c	Sugar
2 1/4	c	Brandy
1		Vanilla Bean — cut in half

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine instant coffee, sugar and 2 cups boiling water; stir in brandy.
Pour into 2 bottles; add vanilla bean to each bottle. Seal and let age for
at least 30 days. Yields 2 fifths.
