Ingredients: 1 cn (no. 300) black eyed peas; 1 cn (no. 300) stewed tomatoes; 1 1/2 c Cooked white rice; 2 tb Bacon drippings; 1 ts Salt; 1/4 ts Pepper; 1 md Onion; sliced

INGREDIENTS

1	cn	(no. 300) black eyed peas
1	cn	(no. 300) stewed tomatoes
1 1/2	c	Cooked white rice
2	tb	Bacon drippings
1	ts	Salt
1/4	ts	Pepper
1	md	Onion; sliced

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix ingredients well and pour into baking dish. Bake in moderate oven
(350 degrees) for 30 minutes. Garnish with crisp bacon bits, if desired.
Serves 6.
