INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients, except butter. Mix well and form into patties
similar to potato cakes, about 3" in diameter, there will be 12 such
patties. Heat butter in a skillet, brown on both sides. Tootie Note: Good
with syrup or honey poured over them. Also, use with ham and eggs for a
different supper meal.
