INSTRUCTIONS
FOR 1 POUND (1 1/2 POUND
Add all ingredients in the order suggested by manufacturer. Process on the
basic or white bread cycle. R.B. - This made with the 1 1/2 pound amounts
was an incredibly high light whole wheat loaf. We loved it. Can also try
with other seasonings. MC formatting by [email protected]
NOTES : Soutine's signature loaf served at Fairway or Zabar's in N.Y.C
Slice and spread with mustard and mayonnaise. Fill with chicken salad or
smoked turkey. Lamb or beef stew taste good with it too. Bobbie's Notes:
This was delicious. Try with other herbs as substitute for rosemary.
