INGREDIENTS

1 | c | Soy sauce |
4 | c | Water |
6 | Ginger root, peeled | |
3 | Stalks green onions, cut | |
into 2 inch slices |
INSTRUCTIONS
Bring water and soy sauce to a boil, add ginger root and onions. Place chicken in pot and make sure they are all well covered with liquid (add more water if necessary). Cover and let boil/simmer for 15 minutes. Turn chicken and boil for another 15 minutes. Serve. Save broth for noodles. Notes To make Soy Sauce Eggs, hard boil a bunch of eggs in regular water. When they are done, peel the shells off and prick the eggs all around with a fork. Set the eggs in the soy sauce broth and simmer for about 20 minutes.
