Chinese Dip 4 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1/4 c Soy sauce
1/2 ts Sesame oil

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Blend soy sauce with sesame oil.
2. Serve in a dip dish.
   VARIATIONS:
1. Add any of the following, minced: 1/2 garlic clove, 2 teaspoons ginger
root or 1/2 scallion stalk.
2. Add 1 teaspoon light brown sugar and 1 tablespoon vinegar.
