INSTRUCTIONS
Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the onion and carrots and fry for 3
minutes.
Add the mince meat and fry further while stirring for 4 minutes until meat
has turned brown in colour.
Stir in the oregano, salt and pepper.
Open the can of tomatoes and add it to the saucepan with the water.
Cover and put the saucepan on medium heat until the sauce boils. Then turn
the heat down a little and simmer for 8 minutes.
Cook the spaghetti in a big saucepan following the instruction on the
packet.
When cooked, drain off all the water by carefully pouring the spaghetti
into a colander over the sink.
Serve the cooked spaghetti with the bolognese sauce.
