INGREDIENTS

3 T Olive oil
3 Garlic cloves, chopped
15 Fresh basil leaves
2 lb Ripe tomatoes, diced
Salt
Juice of 1 orange
2 Tabasco sauce
1 lb Spaghetti

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat 2 tb olive oil with the garlic & half the basil leaves until the
garlic colours.  Add tomatoes & salt. Cook over high heat until the
sauce thickens, 15 to 20 minutes.  Add orange juice, season with
tabasco & continue to cook over high  heat for about another 5 minutes.
Check the seasonings. Toss with  cooked spaghetti.  Marlena Spieler,
