INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Creamy peanut butter
1/3 c Hot water
1 T Light soy sauce
1 Clove garlic
1/3 c Heavy cream
1 t Sesame oil
2 Shots Tabasco sauce
optional
3/4 lb Spaghetti
Fresh coriander for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

Peel and crush the garlic. Place the peanut butter in a small bowl  and
add the hot water. Stir until smooth.  Add the remaining ingredients
except the pasta and coriander. Stir  together until smooth and set
aside.  Cook the pasta and drain. Combine the pasta and peanut butter
mixture  in a suitable serving dish, tossing well.  Garnish with
