INGREDIENTS

200 g Spaghetti
1 T Margarine
1 Onion, chopped
1 Garlic clove, chopped
1 T Flour
300 Milk, 1.5%
30 g Emmentaler cheese, grated
100 g Shrimps, North Sea
Salt
Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook Spaghetti. Heat margarine in skillet. Brown onion and garlic. Add
flour and milk. While stirring, bring to a boil. Remove from heat and
add cheese and shrimps. Add salt and pepper to taste. Arrange pasta  on
plates, top with sauce.  590 cal, 12.5g fat, 19% calories from fat
