INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook noodles according to package directions.
In a large bowl, stir together ricotta cheese, sour cream, onion, milk, 2
tablespoons butter, egg, nutmeg and pepper. Stir in Spam and cooked
noodles. Spoon mixture into greased 2 1/2-quart casserole. Cover. Bake,
stirring until thoroughly heated.
In small bowl, combine all topping ingredients. During last 10 minutes of
baking, uncover, stir and top with topping.
This recipe yields 6 servings.
