INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients except lettuce cups. Cover and chill 4 hours or
overnight. Serve in lettuce cups, if desired.
Sherry Chive Vinaigrette: In blender or food processor, combine all
ingredients. Cover and process until well combined.
