INSTRUCTIONS
Make musubi as usual, except make them oblong (Spam shape). Slice Spam and
fry until brown. Cut nori into strips 2 to 3" wide and long enough to go
around the musubi. Place a piece of spam on top and wrap nori around it.
NOTE Haoles, you must use Calrose rice, not minute rice. Helpful Hint for
making Spam shaped musubi from the wisdom of Billy Apele: Save your Spam
can, pat the rice in the can (be careful of the sharp edges) and dump it
out.
