INSTRUCTIONS
Bring tomato juice to a boil with salt, chili powder, and cumin. Add rice
and reduce heat. Cook for 25 minutes. Meanwhile saute the onion and green
pepper in oil until soft.
When rice is cookec, add the pepper and onion and mix thoroughly.
