INSTRUCTIONS
Fry onions & peppers. Add hamburger and fry. Add tomato ingredients and
let simmer at least 15 minutes. Add rice and stir. Put in big pan or
casserole dish. Cover with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30
minutes or until cheese is a little browned in spots. 1 BIG batch
