INSTRUCTIONS
In a large pan sweat the onions and garlic in olive oil. Add the chilli,
sugar and soy sauce. Turn up the heat and stir in the tomato ketchup,
adding a little water to thin down the sauce.
Add the ribs and stir until they are well coated. Lower the heat and simmer
until the meat is tender - approximately 1 1/2 hours.
Remove the ribs from the pan and skim off the fat from the sauce with a
ladle. Pour the sauce over the ribs and serve.
