INGREDIENTS

3 lb Spareribs
Salt and pepper
Parika
1 tb Shortening
1 lg Onion; sliced
1/4 c Catsup
2 tb Vinegar
1 ts Worcestershire sauce
1/8 ts Chili powder
1/4 ts Celery seed
1/2 c Water

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut ribs into serving pieces. Season with salt, pepper, & parika. Heat
Cooker and add shortening. Brown ribs on both sides. Add onion. Combine
catsup, vinegar, Worchestershire sauce, chili powder, celery seed, and
water. Pour over meat in Cooker. Close cover securely. Place Pressure
Regulator on vent pipe and cook 15 min. with Pressure Regulator rocking
slowly. Let pressure drop of its own accord.
