INGREDIENTS

| 1 | c | Boiling water |
| 1 | c | Lemon-lime seltzer |
| 3 | tb | Lemon juice |
| 1/2 | ts | Grated lemo peel |

INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare gelatin with water, seltzer, lemon juice and lemon peel. Pour into 9" square pan; cover. Freeze 3 hours or until firm. Let stand at room temperature 10 minutes. Beat or process until smooth.
