INSTRUCTIONS
Cut bananas in half lengthwise, then crosswise into quarters Drizzle with
lemon juice. Heat brown sugar and butter together in a 10 inch skillet
until sugar is melted and caramelized. Add bananas and cook slowly one to
two minutes until heated through and glazed. Sprinkle lightly with
cinnamon. Add rum, CAREFULLY ignite. Spoon liquid over bananas until flames
die out, about one minute.
Serve warm over firm ice cream.
