INSTRUCTIONS
Heat the oil in a large saucepan. Add the garlic and ginger and stir-fry
for 1 minute.
Add the vegetables and pork and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add the rice, spring onions and prawns. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, then add
the soy sauce. Serve immediately.
