INSTRUCTIONS
1. Chop or process herbs,sal, sugar, and onion.
2. Transfer to a bowl and add the mustard and freshly ground pepper
3. Add oil slowly, stirring as if for a mayonnaise.
4. Add the whole garlic clove and vinegar. Let stand 2 hours to develop
flavors.
5. Remove garlic clove before serving
6. Sprinkle salad with the chopped walnuts.
