INGREDIENTS

1 lb Chicken pieces
2 tb Vinegar; (any type)
1/4 c Soy sauce
1/4 ts Black pepper
1/2 Bay leaf
3 Cloves garlic

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a skillet and cook, covered, over medium heat
until chicken is done, about 25 minutes.
Serve over rice.
