INGREDIENTS

1/2 c White wine
1/4 ts Pepper
1/4 ts Dill weed
1 1/4 lb Flounder fillets

INSTRUCTIONS

Prep: 5 min, Cook: 10 min.
Combine all ingredients, except flounder, in a heavy skillet over medium
high heat. As soon as mixture boils, add fish. Reduce heat to medium low
and gently simmer 6-8 minutes, or until fish flakes easily.
