INGREDIENTS

1 lb Fresh or frozen blueberries
3 1/2 c Sugar
1 tb Fresh lemon juice
1/4 ts Cinnamon
1/8 ts Ground cloves
3 oz Pouch
Liquid fruit pectin

INSTRUCTIONS

Crush berries; measure 2 1/2 cups & place in a large pot. Add sugar, lemon
juice, cinnamon & cloves. Bring to a full rolling boil. Stir in pectin;
return to a full rolling boil. Boil another minute, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat. Skim off foam. Pour hot into hot jars, leaving 1/4 inch
headspace. Adjust caps. Process 15 min. in a boiling- water bath.
