INSTRUCTIONS
1. Heat the oil in a medium saut. pan over medium-high heat.
2. Add the almonds and saut. until golden brown on both sides.
3. Remove the almonds from the pan and place in a serving bowl.
4. Toss with the salt, cumin and cayenne pepper.
5. Serve warm or cool and store in an airtight bowl or tin.
