Name: Spiced Applesauce Salad
Ingredients: 1 pk (6-oz) lemon jello; 1/2 c "red hots" cinnamon candy; 2 1/2 c Boiling water; 2 c Unsweetened applesauce; 2 tb Lemon juice; 2 pk (3-oz) cream cheese; 1/4 c Milk (up to); 3 tb Mayonnaise; 1/2 c Chopped nuts (i use toasted almonds)

INGREDIENTS

1	pk	(6-oz) lemon jello
1/2	c	"red hots" cinnamon candy
2 1/2	c	Boiling water
2	c	Unsweetened applesauce
2	tb	Lemon juice
2	pk	(3-oz) cream cheese
1/4	c	Milk (up to)
3	tb	Mayonnaise
1/2	c	Chopped nuts (i use toasted almonds)

INSTRUCTIONS

Dissolve candy and Jello in boiling water. Add applesauce and lemon juice.
Chill until partially set. Blend cheese, milk, mayonnaise and nuts. Swirl
into mixture. Chill until firm in a 9x12 pyrex dish. Cut into squares.
Serve with a dab of mayonnaise or just plain.
This is a delicious "make ahead" salad and goes with anything.
